Besides those few snippets about who I am, here is the more important stuff:

My favorite color: Could you guess by the website design? It’s pink!

My favorite dessert: Ice cream all day every day! It will be my demise, I am sure of it. Mint chocolate chip and cookie dough do me dirty.

My favorite quote: I used to live by the mantra, “Everything happens for a reason,” and I wholeheartedly still do. However, as I’ve gotten older, I have realized that some things just shouldn’t happen. So, I have revised it to be, “Everything happens for you, not to you.”

My favorite book: Right now, its Girl, Wash Your Face by Rachel Hollis. Extremely empowering, a must read!

Read, comment, engage, suggest, follow…anything! We are in this together – perfectly imperfect.

ABOUT ME

I am an inspirational lifestyle blogger inspiring self-love and growth. But what does that mean? Perfectly Imperfect is a blog designed to help you bridge the gap between where you are now, and where you strive to be…tomorrow, next week, and in five years. As a college student at Michigan State (Go Green!) and a woman constantly reaching for success, I wanted to build a place to grow through experiences together.

My goal is for YOU to define what perfectly imperfect means to you. Through my blog posts, music, and past experiences, I want to share with you how I have come to define (and am constantly redefining) myself as perfectly imperfect.

Outside of this blog, I am pursuing a Marketing degree in the Broad College of Business and am currently living in East Lansing, Michigan.

Most publicly seen, I am a musician.  On this site, you will see my original songs, covers, music videos, and something I am incredibly proud of – Music for Myeloma. I have had the honor of raising over $7,000 for cancer research at Karmanos Cancer Institute through my original music, documentary, and two fundraisers. I have endless enthusiasm for positively impacting others – another reason why I am here today.
